We are not holding any special events, but we look forward to seeing customers who haven't visited in a while.
The other day, I went to the Top of Prince on the 28th floor of the Sapporo Prince Hotel, where I trained. The French restaurant Trianon will be closing in the future, and the bar will be reduced in size, so I looked back on the memorable space. More than anything, I believe that working here has allowed me to put hospitality into practice at the current Modelo.

I had the "Occasion," a cocktail that won the runner-up prize at the 7th HBA/KOKUBU Cocktail Competition held in November 2019.
Both were delicious with wonderful shaking.
I often took commemorative photos of customers in front of Jean-Pierre Cassigneul. I also took a commemorative photo at the end.
Recently, Modelo has also had many guests from overseas, so we offer photo shooting services in front of the speakers.
By the way, I don't speak any foreign languages at all...
